Weather you are after a traditional cut for Sunday lunch, a midweek chop, some ribs or steak for the barbeque or a slow roasted pulled pork there is plenty off the pig to whet the appetite!!
The shoulder, loin, belly or leg make great roasting joints as the meat doesent dry out and keeps that lovely sweet taste and the skin makes that great all important crackling.
Another more trendy meal these days is “Pulled Pork” in which usually the bone in shoulder or the belly is used and roasted in the oven at a low temperature for a very long time 12-24 hours and when it is done you get that lovely succulent shredded meat!
